ActionCOACH Business Coaching at Vaia Park is a team of certified coaches dedicated to helping people have the lifestyle quality and freedoms they deserve. All are passionate about equipping and guiding business owners and leaders to enjoy a successful entrepreneurial journey through excellence in education, training, powerful questions and accountability.
Kirk Bogue:
Kirk Bogue is a founder and the Managing Partner of ActionCOACH Business Coaching at Vaia Park. Kirk’s professional career includes 25+ years of progressive executive leadership internationally and domestically across a variety of industries including HR business process outsourcing (HR BPO), business services, risk management, consumer packaged goods, pharmaceuticals, media and energy.
During the course of his career, Kirk has served the growth and profit development goals of companies such as Conoco, AC Nielsen and Nielsen Marketing Research, Dun and Bradstreet, ChoicePoint, ProBusiness Services and ADP. His professional experience includes senior management roles in software development, product development, professional services, project management, strategic planning and general management.
Kirk is a native of St. Petersburg, Florida, and a graduate of the University of Florida. He’s been married for 25 years and has two daughters. His passion for helping helping people be more effective with their life is what led him to ActionCOACH. He also enjoys water sports, community support activities and working with youth.
In his role as Managing Partner, Kirk oversees the day-to-day development and operation of the Vaia Park coaching enterprise.
Russ Young:
Russ is the Operating Partner and Principal of Vaia Park, LLC, an ActionCOACH Business Coaching company serving businesses primarily located in Northern Georgia.
Russ Young is a founder of ActionCOACH Business Coaching at Vaia Park and the most tenured coach in ActionCOACH in Georgia. His business career began at the age of 14 and continued through formal education at the undergraduate and graduate level, then teaching followed by more than 30 years of corporate and business ownership experience.
Russ has served small and mid-sized businesses in more than 50 countries. He’s gained hands-on and executive level experience from his responsibilities in Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, Distribution, Product Management, Team Development, Management Training and Acquisitions. His professional experience spans various industries including Manufacturing, Business to Business Services, Professional Services, Construction & Real Estate, Business to Consumer Services, Health Services, Retail and Financial Services. He has also been a guest lecturer at several colleges in the State of Georgia University System.
Russ has yearned to help others achieve success in their business and their life since childhood while learning business principles from his father in suburban Chicago. He went on to earn undergraduate degree is in Communications, Business and History. Later He received graduate degrees in Marketing and Business. Besides cooking, he enjoys a wonderful marriage with his wife Terri and spending time with his two daughters and grandchildren.
In his management role at Vaia Park, Russ is responsible for Sales and Marketing and the various strategies and activities Vaia Park uses to develop its business.
Bob Pafundi:
Bob Pafundi joined ActionCOACH at Vaia Park in 2007 with a passion for helping owners of small and medium sized businesses be effective growing their businesses.
Prior to serving others as a licensed business coach, Bob enjoyed a successful corporate career, followed by success on his own entrepreneurial venture.
Bob’s passion and enthusiasm for sales, marketing and business development was directed at healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, where his contributions helped the growth of Proctor and Gamble Pharmaceuticals and, later, MetLife Healthcare Network. He eventually joined American Dental Plan, where his executive management and leadership helped them become a leader in their industry and take their company public.
Following corporate success, Bob started his own consulting, venture capital and real estate firm, from which he helped small and medium-sized companies access sales, marketing and financial expertise they relied on to grow.
Bob earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Siena College in Loudonville, N.Y. His academic career was advanced through graduate studies in Marine Biology at Long Island University School of Marine Science. Bob and his wife, June, reside in Roswell, Georgia. They enjoy time with their two children, both married, and are fortunate to be involved with their grandchildren’s lives.
Dan McNair:
Dan McNair has been a licensed business coach with ActionCOACH Business Coaching at Vaia Park since 2007.
Prior to becoming a Coach, he enjoyed a corporate career with roles in Operational Management, Recruiting, Training, Strategic Planning, Process Reengineering, Organizational Development, Instructional Design and Coaching. Industries he’s worked in include Business Services, Finance and Credit, Warehousing / Distribution / Industrial Supplies, Insurance Services and Risk Management and Leadership Development.
Dan began his coaching career in the sport of Rowing. He is an accomplished, national champion oarsman and coaches college rowing athletes at the national level.
Dan’s mission is to help others have that break-through moment that helps them move on to greater success. Dan graduated from Wake Forest University and is proud to be married to his wife Jenny. Dan enjoys time with his wife, their families and their dog Henry, and of course, rowing.
